Meet Ellie Mae

Ellie’s story started a little differently. She was found all alone on the railroad tracks as a puppy, and we decided to bring her home.

Ellie loves wandering through the elderberry orchard, looking for anything she can chase, and keeping an eye on what’s happening around the farm. But her absolute favorite thing?

Riding!

Tractor? Yep.
Zero-turn mower? Absolutely.
Farm UTV? You better believe it.

She just loves being right in the middle of whatever we’re doing.

She may not help pick elderberries or press juice, but she’s definitely part of the team.

One year ago we were leaving the Great American Farmers Market in our nations capital.

Elated to have been one of just 30 farms from across the country selected by the USDA to participate and showcase our premium American-grown elderberry products on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. 🇺🇸

It’s a week we will always remember.

We had the opportunity to connect with so many new faces, reconnect with familiar ones, and share the story of American elderberry and what we’re building.

After harvest, every cluster is:

🌿 Carefully destemmed
🔍 Meticulously sorted to remove stems, leaves, insects, and imperfect berries
đź’ś Fresh-pressed at our farm
đź«™ Minimally processed to preserve the natural goodness of the fruit
