Recovery is not just for athletes.
If your body feels tight, stiff, sore, or drained often, that is usually a sign that it needs more intentional care not just more pushing.
Recovery can look like stretching, mobility work, hydration, sleep, light movement, soft tissue work, or simply giving your body time to reset.
A lot of people wait until something hurts before they start paying attention. But body maintenance works best when you are proactive, not reactive.
Taking care of your body does not always have to be intense. Sometimes the most beneficial thing you can do is slow down, move gently, hydrate, and listen to what your body has been trying to tell you.
