It's that time of the week once again! Today's Wednesday Buffet Lunch will offer Pork Chops w/ Sliced Sausage and Cheesy Tatar Tots. Also, a selection of fruit, salad, cheese and crackers, and bread & butter.

Begins from 11:30am to 1pm.

Our dinner today is a very special surprise that we'll announce soon! Even for Chef Omar's cooking, it's special 😋

We're looking to hire!

Starting at 15 dollars an hour w/ tips, free meals and use of the facility.

Chef Omar is looking for an all-in-one teammate to help him create some fun loving dishes, create an at-home atmosphere for events and help run the AirBnB. We would help train and don't foresee much overtime.

Our main operation runs Monday through Friday 10am to about 7pm. If the position goes to two part-timers, both will work with Chef Omar on creating a flexible work hours each week just to cover what is needed.

You'll have a large part in our creative direction and will help plan and create our weekly meals that change each week. Buying locally from stores in the area, farmers markets all around, shipping in special items and other fun things.

Tomorrow's Lunch Buffet will include a three-meat meatloaf with our recipe based on our Award-Winning Chile from the Pipestone contest!

We'll also be serving mashed potatoes, gravy, and veggies, so be sure to come between 11:30 to 1.

Pork Chops and Pork Loin Chops smothered in a Mushroom Gravy, with a Wild Rice Mix and Mixed Vegetables, Salads and Fruits.

Sautéed turnips, light onions, tomatoes, carrots, cabbage, and spinach with a little mix of cheese. All with ringed pasta and steak! (It's good steak, we promise!)

We won't be able to take any orders today as Chef Omar is out, but we will still be having tomorrow's "Wednesday Lunch Buffet"!

Look out for Seared Pork Belly w/ Sautéed Beef Links and Sauerkraut + Onions on the side. Seasoned rice and baked vegetables will accompany a 3 meat chili (turkey, chicken, and beef) with chips/salsa and cookies.

$13 for 1, and $24 for two, with tax included in the fee!
