Going into this year’s county fair we knew things would be different. Of course we had hopes but not a lot of expectations. But I would say the kids’ hard work and determination truly paid off this year. On market day, Austin‘s wether got reserve grand champion market goat and Brooklyn’s got seventh in sale order. Austin has truly found his calling on showing and fitting his animals to make them the best they can be. Then on breeding day the kids did great again. Both Austin and Brooklyn won showmanship for their age group. We just did an AI and flush with some of our best does so we had some young entries this year. Brooklyn won grand overall percentage doe and Austin won overall Grand commercial doe with Brooklyn getting reserve. Then Austin won the supreme doe drive with his commercial doe. Brooklyn won round Robin last year so she couldn’t do it this year, which allowed a good friend to do it-which was awesome! Austin competed and won Round Robin and a belt buckle. Brooklyn also won her age group in sheep lead line, but has since decided to retire until Dad will buy her a sheep. The kids had a great fair. Both parents are fully exhausted but always a good time!

Huge congratulations to our buyers and does we bred last year! We had several class winners that were out of our bucks as well. Contact us for more breeding info!

Bowen Greenlee was reserve full-blood doe with a yearling he purchased from us last year.

Brooke Stevens got overall grand champion buck (out of our buck BERNI INFERNO).

Jalynn Hoover with reserve overall percentage doe (out of APFF Dynamic Rhythm)

Thank you to everyone who helped behind the scenes getting animals ready to show. We couldn’t have done it without all the help. Thank you to Jaycee for the awesome photos while we were all wearing too many hats! Thank you to the fair board and everyone who helped put on a great Jasper County Youth Fair 2026.
