First steer of 2023 weighed 1250 pounds on the hoof and had a 770 pound hanging weight. Take a look at those beautiful steaks. Next steer has an appointment this week. PM me for info

Is anyone interested in a half a steer or 2 friends or family interested in sharing a half? Appointment is tomorrow. Meat will be ready in approximately 3 weeks. Gives you time to shake your freezer around.

One steer left. Appointment is tomorrow morning, so this is your last chance to get healthy, great tasting meat. Don't need a whole or half? Surely there are 4 friends out there that could split one. Makes it easier on the pocketbook and the freezer.

Two steers available with an 8/22 butcher date. These are grass-fed steers, no grain at all. By the grace of God they have continued to gain even in this drought, although we had to use some of our winter supply of hay to get here. They are available by the half. At last weighing, one was 930 lbs and the other 1031. The steaks won't be teeny tiny like you'd get from a 500-600 lb calf. I have 1 steer with a 6/15 butcher date available. Can be split by up to 4 people. Quarters are half of a half so you get parts of the entire side not just front quarter or hind quarter. I also have a couple of steers with July butcher dates or can deliver to the butcher of your choice. PM me for more information
