Growing up in rural Alabama, I learned that if you were sassy and had the gift of gab, you were affectionately called a "heifer." And if you were a growing boy or a grown man with a hearty appetite, you were a "hog," much like my husband. This playful dynamic inspired the name of our business and the spirit of our menu. We figured if we couldn't agree on who was the bigger ham, we'd just serve it to everyone else. —because who doesn’t want to eat like they’re in a Southern sitcom? The Signature Sandwich
