Don’t panic- plant more! So many things outperform indoor seed starts when direct sown; no acclimation needed, no transplant shock.

People entirely panic when June arrives and their vegetable beds are still half empty. They assume they've missed the boat and the summer season is already a write-off. The truth is, the soil has finally reached a decent temperature and things will actually grow instead of just sitting there sulking in the damp. Getting certain seeds in the ground now is exactly what your garden needs for a strong late-summer harvest.
