Coming to work today at Rooster’s Market, it was quickly obvious that there was a bored person, or people, last night. Got your message! Please read mine!
I do NOT tolerate THEFT! When I posted a photo of a gentleman a few years back that stole firewood from us, that should have been an indicator of how I handle things. Well, here I am again regarding theft, and please know that I am asking for help, because I have no doubt someone saw EIGHT of our signs stolen from the center of 515 North after 5:20 pm Friday, July 31, 2026.
With the help of the public, I pray that whomever took the signs will be caught. I need to make it very clear that EIGHT signs, at a minimum of $150 EACH, is a misdemeanor theft in Georgia and PUNISHABLE. I do plan to prosecute. (OCGA 16-8-12 under general theft)
Back to the stolen signs – if you stole the signs to cause us problems, yes, it is an inconvenience, but if caught, your problems are much greater than ours. If you are reading this and saw anyone stopped along 515 North between Appalachian Court and Hidden Creek Road last night (7/31/2026), please feel free to reach out to me. If you know who did take the signs, please reach out to me. If you find the signs, please reach out to me. Should anything lead to the arrest of whomever thought it would be a great idea to do this to Rooster’s Market, our family, and to the families of our EMPLOYEES, I will reward you!
