Today was a busy day!!!! From 9a until 10p jam has been going! I did peach jam, blueberry peach jam, black raspberry vanilla peach jam, black raspberry jelly, apple pie jam, caramel apple jam. I also have peach, apple and strawberry juice for jellies!

Come find me this Sunday (8/31) at Goodells fair grounds for the Farm to table vendor show!!!!

It’s funny that all winter I have struggled to get in the kitchen and make jam….but since the sun has been shining and the heat is kicking I have been chomping at the bit to get in the kitchen!!! I woke up extra early today and got to the orchard early so I could do just that!!! Today I made Sally’s Choice Jam, it is the perfect mix of strawberry, rhubarb, raspberry, and blackberry

In the slower season, jam and jelly making is definitely a priority!!!! Yesterday I made Apple Rhubarb Pie Jam, Blueberry Rhubarb Jam, Plum Jelly, and Verry Cherry Berry Jam!!! Today is Cranberry Pear, Apple Pie Jelly, Blueberry Maple Jam, and something more, I just don’t know yet hahaha
