We'd like to thank the homebrewers for attending this year's Morels + Microbrews 2023, Dawn Williams Heckman of Worts & All for organizing, Last Flight Brewing Company for judging and prizes, and all attendees who voted via bottle cap for their favorite.

Some of you may have heard or seen, but we've sold the Mokane Market building. I would like to thank those in the community who shared their support with me. I'm still eventually going to open a small brewery, but the timing just wasn't right for me at this time.

We're rampin' up Show-Me Craft Beer month with a Missouri Loves Company® collaboration beer release! Starting tomorrow, July 6, at a brewery near you, pick up some dry-hopped Imperial Pilsner brewed at Kansas City Bier Company with 31 other independent Missouri craft breweries and 10 corporate sponsors.

Brewed with all European ingredients, this full-flavored imperial pilsner has a balanced, honey malt flavor and a crisp, delicately bitter finish. After spending nearly two months conditioning in a lager tank, the beer was dry-hopped with German-grown Saphir, adding lightly spicy and floral aromas to the nose. Missouri Loves Company® Dry-hopped Imperial Pilsner is 7.5% ABV and 40 IBUs. We hope you love drinking it as much as we loved brewing it!

I'm not open for business yet, but show your support to other local Missouri craft brewers.

Whether you love beer or not, the craft brewing industry benefits Missouri. Our breweries create good manufacturing jobs, have a positive impact on the state economy, show unwavering support for their local communities, AND they make outstanding beer!

We hope you'll join us in celebrating Show-Me Craft Beer Month. Throughout July we ask you to support your local breweries by pledging to drink Missouri-made craft beer.
