Farm equipment is large and heavy, making it difficult for operators to accelerate, slow down and stop. They make wide turns and can cross over the center line. Farm vehicles can also create large blind spots, making it difficult for operators to see approaching vehicles behind them. Be patient and share the road with farm equipment.

Motorists should:

• Slow down and use caution when approaching farm equipment.

• Watch for falling debris.

• Wait for a safe place to pass.

• Drive with headlights on at all times.

Farm equipment operators should:

• Use lights and flashers to make equipment more visible.

• Use slow-moving vehicle emblems on equipment traveling less than 30 mph.

• Consider using a follow vehicle when moving equipment, especially at night.

That’s a wrap! The 2025 Christmas tree season is in the books!

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who came out to support our farm this season. We are so grateful for each and every one of you. A huge thank you to all our family and friends who supported us from toting trees to greeting customers to directing traffic and parking to running the register or tending the cocoa bar or just visiting, we love and appreciate each of you so much and we couldn’t do it without you!

Thank you for another successful season and for choosing Barding Farm for your Christmas tree and making memories with your families . Our hearts are full ❤️ we wish a very Merry Christmas from our family to yours!

After another great weekend, we are winding down our season. We still have a good selection of trees left. We will be open this week by appointment, message or call to make your appointment. Hours this weekend will be Saturday December 13th from 10:00-5:00 and Sunday December 14th from 1:00-5:00.
