Grandma Dorothy Holterman perfected Grandma’s Cool & Zesty Dressing in 1957 after working on her mother’s pinches and dabs recipe for 23 years. She always said that she remembered the day in 1957 when she got the mix of ingredients just right. She attempted to market the dressing in the 1950's but was not successful. In 1999, her son-in-law suggested that someone market the dressing and that is wh

en she collaborated with her grandson, Steve Picker. The dressing was first available on the grocery store shelves on January 10, 2000. Grandma's picture is on every bottle along with her story.
