Hope everyone is having a good morning! I have a little PSA for the day:
From now on, IF YOU ARE OVER AN HOUR LATE FOR YOUR PICKUP THERE IS A $25 LATE FEE THAT MUST BE PAID UPON PICKUP FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER.
Here is why:
Something I've noticed lately is there is an abnormal amount of extremely late pickups happening. I am understanding that things happen sometimes or you can lose track of time getting ready for parties, but picking up over an hour late with NO NOTICE until I reach out to you to see what is going on is unacceptable. I always ask what time is best for you and plan my daily schedule around that. I'm being more accommodating than most by not giving you a specific time frame that you can pick up like most bakers do, so I expect at least a heads up if you know you are going to be very late for your pickup. It's very disrespectful to not let me know and just assume that I have no other responsibilities or deliveries for the day.
The weekends can be very hectic because I am one person making multiple very detailed orders happen each day. This means very early mornings, very very late nights, and little to no sleep sometimes. I am so entirely grateful for all of your support and to be able to be making my dream happen, it really means the world to me, but I also need it to run like a well oiled machine on the weekends for it all to work and to make everyone happy. Especially with business getting busier.
Earliest pickup time will now be 9:00 am. If you need your order prior to 9:00 am, you must pickup the evening before. The latest pickup will be 8pm. These times are subject to change depending on the schedule.
I also want to make everything as fresh as possible for your orders so once a pickup time is set, it cannot be changed to earlier than the time we agreed upon, unless I've already sent you the pictures of your order confirming that it is ready.
