PERFECT. LET'S DO THIS.

Juniper Leigh was a total champion of a first freshener, and brought forth boy/girl twins into the world unassisted! She's got a GORGEOUS full udder, just like her Mama from The Tucker Farm, and she's going to make us a LOT of milk. Super impressed with her already. She's got gorgeous kids from her literal romp in the hay with Luke Warm, who never fails to mark his kids with the most gorgeous colors and patterns. Welcome to The Wicked Rooster Farm, little ones!

We're all warm, our umbilical cords are dipped, we've got full bellies of colostrum, and now we are on countdown for their best friends to arrive from their Mom's Bestie, Tater (Tot) any minute. Taters got some amber fluid leaking, so we should have babies by tomorrow at the latest. ♡♡

The Migrating Duck That Never Migrates has 3 ladies. I've been hunting for where they're laying eggs so I can incubate some baby duckers, but they won't tell me where the nest is. Quite rude.

Of all the nesting spots, in all the farm, in all the world, she's broody on my porch.

She's got about 15 eggs in there. She's hatching babies. She moved OUT of the coop, OUT of the chicken run, and I suppose needed some privacy to take that leap into motherhood. Something tells me she's irritated that I found her, but then again she IS on my front porch, starting a family in the front quarter panel of a 1966 Mustang 289. I think she passive aggressively WANTED the attention.

Chicks incoming. I have no idea how long she's been sitting on the to-date, because I've been out of town for work for the last 3 weeks. They could start hatching today, for all I know.

Yall. We are on a Raw Food Journey with the pups. They're looking so shiny and healthy, teeth look cleaner, the whole 9. I, however, like to mix it up for them. Try new things, find fan favorites, if you will.

Yesterday, I bought them some turkey necks. Because I am a 12 year old, my mind lives in the gutter. I don't have to tell you what these resemble in the package. While plating the necks, I felt like maybe I was cheating on my husband. Put that Turkey neck in your dogs mouth? I look like a Serial Killer disposing of my male victims.

I AM DYING.

My dogs look like Canine Succubi. Xena tried to steal everyone else's meat flutes, and all I can do is die laughing, and apologize to my 16 year old daughter that I fed our dogs ph***ic snacks for breakfast and called her to come watch. 🤣🤣
