Blenheim Hill is a 150-acre diversified farm located in New York’s Catskill Mountains. Manhattan-based Smörgås Chef Restaurant Group established Blenheim Hill to provide the freshest and most flavorful quality produce and meat to guests of its Smörgås Chef Scandinavian restaurants and Crepes du Nord Creperie. And its newest restaurant Blenheim.
