Steel is a stunning c**t with excellent conformation and a fantastic brain. He is obnoxiously friendly and has been since birth, just like his mother. Very curious and inquisitive. He is super easy to teach, already halter broke and handling all hooves, ears, eyes, nose, mouth. You name it. He does it! He did have a bit of a rough start and developed a nasty eye ulcer early on and has been under constant vet care for several weeks. The ulcer is now healed, however there is unfortunately a scar on his eye that will likely remain. Our hopes is that it will decrease in size as he grows. It doesnt affect him at all, he still has vision in that eye and does not seem to have any issues with the eye. Due to this constant care and medications, he handles medications and poking and prodding like an absolute pro! I can easily medicated him anywhere in the pasture without any need for restraints or even a halter. He's such a wonderful sweet boy! He will make an incredible performance horse, and in our opinion would be an excellent candidate for an upcoming herd sire! Both testicles are visible and palpable, and this boy is panel negative via parentage, conformation and brains are there with color as an added bonus!
