Located in Jefferson NY, Horton Hill Farm began as a way to provide healthy nutritious food for the family’s children. Word spread of the delicious products they were raising, and this demand sparked the creation of Horton Hill Farm. Horton Hill Farm raises pastured pork, chicken, turkey, free range eggs and raw honey.

With thoughtful breeding, and animals that are born and raised on the farm, Horton Hill is always trying to improve their meat quality. Their products are available at the farm (please call ahead to ensure that they are around) and at area farmers’ markets. Check out their social media accounts for current updates.
