Townsend’s Sorghum has been produced on the same farm in Jeffersonville, Kentucky since the late 1800s. Townsend’s Sorghum is currently being produced by the fifth generation family patriarch Danny Townsend. Danny took the reins of the family business in the mid-1980s. Since that time, Townsend’s Sorghum has been instrumental in sorghum’s revival.

Tomorrow morning we’ll be in Mt Sterling at the farmers market with peaches n cream sweet corn, red and yellow tomatoes, canning tomatoes, half-runner green beans, peppers, cabbage, new potatoes, sorghum, and apple butter. We hope to see you there!

Just stop by Stone House Mill or Bryant Farm & Floral, their booths are located right across from each other to pick up your breakfast tickets for you and your family after making your purchase

🥞 If a pancake breakfast is more your style, we’ll also have a vendor on-site selling delicious pancake breakfasts (weather permitting)

Be sure to visit every vendor! We’ll have one BIG community raffle basket filled with donations from our vendors, and many vendors will also be having giveaways of their own throughout the morning
