Not so fast! Plenty of warm afternoons are left to sip sparklers on the patio! Just arrived is this amazing sparkling rosé from Les Vignes d’ Oliver! It’s a blend of Cinsault and Grenache Blanc with great texture and plenty of pop!

We love Martin Texier. You can tell bc we sell literally every w**e he makes. He’s so talented and he’s a total angel. We’re stoked to be debuting M**A, a brand new cuvee and the first skin contact w**e he has offered. We were fortunate enough to taste it this spring before it was imported when we visited his farm in the Rhone valley. Needless to say we were eagerly awaiting its arrival, and now it is here, and now you can buy it. We also have a new Syrah bottling called Vendeze that is amazing, and crowd favorite Pet Nat! Get in here!

Moon Juice. Thats what I’m calling these w**es by Clos Bateau. Every single decision made in the vineyard and in the cellar is dictated by the moon. As with most natural w**e makers, they firmly understand that to make the best w**es you need to work WITH nature not against it. Located in Beaujolais, they are working with primarily Gamay and Chardonnay. Super low production and we are happy to have these in the shop… for now

As we enter the Catskills season known as “False Fall” we are looking towards the comforting w**es of the cozy season. No, summer is far from over, in fact… September will probably be hot as s**t, as usual. So, before you get back to sipping that salty rock water, make a beef bourguignon and enjoy the respite from the oppressive heat that was summer 2026. 100% albillo from Castilla y Leon. “W**e made with only grapes, well-kept vineyards, and healthy land.” Is Alfredo Maestro’s mantra. Lovamor is Fermented in steel vat with wild yeasts and around one week of skin contact, and raised in tank with the winter temperatures naturally clarifying the finished w**e, which is bottled with nothing added and nothing taken away. White flowers, apples, lemon curd… 100% a summertime w**e.

When you think of the best w**es from the Jura, Nicolas Jacob should be up at the top. Although only producing his own w**es since 2019, he has the finesse of a veteran w**emaker. Nothing trendy here, just clean, bright, vibrant, and powerful w**es. If you are lucky enough to drink one you will see why he sits up at the top with the likes of the O.G.’s… think Puffeney, Labet, Macle, or Ganevat (The latter two Jacobs studied under before going off on his own). We have 4 Cuvées right now.

Là-bas - Chardonnay VDF 2023 - vines from 1983 on the marl soils of L’Etoile - great tension with minerality and acidity.

Les Chazaux - Chardonnay VDF 2023 - Vines from the 80’s in Augea on Triassic and Liassic marl soils. Complex with great depth, and classic vibrant Chardonnay as to be expected of his w**es.

Les Chazaux - Savagnin Côtes du Jura 2023 - Vines from 1991 in Augea on Triassic and Liassic soils. Pure Savagnin Power

Gamay - Negoce cuvée from a trusted friend’s fruit in Southern Beaujolais - Plush fruit, beautiful floral notes, a real chugger!
