I was really hoping to have the truck ready to start making food by the 11th for the Swap Meet at Jenkins, but there's just no way I can make it happen. Hopefully it won't be more than a week or two and I'll be able to get cooking again. Sorry for the delays and I appreciate your patience.

Set up in Jenkins for the Cruise-In again!Rain or shine, we're here. We have ribs, pulled pork, pulled chicken, and hot dogs today! Come get some BBQ to curl up on the couch with.

Busy day and haven't had time to post. I was trying to make sure no one missed out so I made more food than I ever have. There's still several racks of ribs, pulled pork, chicken and some sides left if anyone is hungry. We'll be here for another 30-45 minutes.

I'll be at the Jenkins Cruise-In tomorrow! Ribs, brisket, pulled pork, pulled chicken, smoked sausage! I'm going to try to have food ready by noon. Car show starts at 4 with the burnouts to follow. Come out early to eat and stick around for the cool cars and fun!
