HI PUPPY — WELPE

Stock up for the three day weekend with our newest little doggie here. Welpe is in cans today, with draft soon to follow! We also just put our newest batch of Endless Sunrays and our newest French Pilsner, Aramis on draft!

We will be open regular hours for Labor Day Weekend. Come spend the last few days of Summer over here with us!

WELPE - 3.9% - Franconian Style Leichtbier - Brewed from floor malted Vienna malt, and hopped with a blend of fresh and aged hallertau mittlefru hops. Welpe is a flavorful, low alcohol version of our Burgenstraße. We brewed this beer to drink while the sun is out. Tailgates, barbecues, picnics, or just sitting on the steps, watching the city go by.

TWO FAVORITES RETURN!

We’re nearing our favorite time of the year! To celebrate the approaching Oktoberfest season, we have a brand new batch of Festbier in cans for you. While we look forward to Oktoberfest, we aren’t quite ready to part with the summer. To keep the summer vibes strong, we also have a new batch of Endless Sunrays in cans as well! Draft for both as lines open.

IT’S TUBESDAY! $2 TUBES ALL DAY! We also will be spinning records all night while snacking on $3 Tacos from Cantina on the Go . Bring some records for Vinyl Night and come hang!

FESTBIER - 5.6% - Lagerbier - Festbier is all about drinkability. Ours is brewed with German pilsner malt, a touch of Munich, and Hersbrucker hops. After an intense double decoction mash, the beer is fermented slow and cold. A cracker like aroma, clean, honey like sweetness and just enough hops to balance it all out.

ENDLESS SUNRAYS - 4.8% - West Coast Pils - Brewed with all the things we want the most. A Single decocted pils hopped with Mittlefru, Cascade and Motueka, then dry hopped with Cascade, Pink, Citra and more Motueka. Subdued and refreshing, with just enough dry hop punch.

NEW PILS! ARAMIS PILSNER

IT IS TUBESDAY, TWO DOLLAR

Aramis - French Pils - 5%: We brewed Aramis with a single decoction mash to build a medium-dry malt profile, just enough to carry the bitterness and aroma of the Aramis hops. Aramis present similar to noble heritage hops, but with a slightly firmer bitterness and a more pronounced citrus profile in the aroma. Brewed with 100% Jehann d’arc pils malt and 100% Aramis hops. Collaboration with Hop France.

Savinja - Slovenian Pils - 4.5% - Slovenian-Style Pale Lager - Brewed with 100% Styrian Goldings from the Zalec valley of Slovania. A unique step infusion mash finished with a single decoction lets a blend of Croatian Pilsner and Czech Munich malt really sing. Medium Bodied while staying light and refreshing with a touch of honey sweetness.

NEW IPA FOR YOU THIS WEEK!

It’s been a minute since we have brewed up some of our single hop IPA series, so we decided to brew up a batch with a double dosage of everyone’s favorite — the almighty Citra hop! Single Axis: Double Citra is available in cans now, with draft once we have an open line.

We also are restocked on a brand new batch of Dresden Codex cans, our Dark Mexican style Lager. We’ll have that back on draft again in the very near future.

SINGLE AXIS: DOUBLE CITRA - 6.8% - IPA - We took everything we love about single axis citra, and cranked up the volume. We packed this IPA with more hops in the whirlpool, first and second dry hop, and added some wonderful liquid lupulin to the packaging tank. Citra comes thru strong with all the lemon, and tangerine you’d expect, plus some complimentary melon, pink guava and grapefruit.

Quizzo tomorrow night with The Broken Bell starts at 7! Four rounds of Quizzo, and specials on Czech Lagers, Wine, and select Cocktails from 7-9 every Thursday.

We’ll be next door Friday night Hiway Theater for the next installment of Horror at the Hiway at 9:45! Get your tickets early for Night Of The Creeps and hang at the bar early for discounted draft pours before the movie.

We will be welcoming back Barry Wahrhaftig this Saturday for Jazz Brunch starting at Noon! Hot Club always brings a crowd, so get here early to enjoy some jazz and the Cantina on the Go brunch menu starting at 11.

NORTHERN STYLE PILSNER - SYLT

Our favorite little fishy has returned to us today. Sylt is now available in cans, with draft soon to follow!

It’s a beautiful today! The tubes are $2, the Cantina on the Go tacos are $3, and we will be spinning vinyl all night for BYO Vinyl! We’ll even be across the street for a lovely return of the Jenkintown Summer Concert Series in Town Square at 6 selling cans and enjoying the sunshine.

SYLT - 5% - North German Style Pils - A dry, hop forward pilsner, based in the brewing tradition of northern Germany. After a single decoction mash, northern brewer and perle hops are boiled for 75 minutes to release their more volatile aromas and integrate a firm, refreshing bitterness into the beer.

LIQUID SWORDS…EIRINA!

A brand new “sharp” one for you this weekend, we have a batch of Eirina for you! We really loved how this beer turned out the last time we made it, so we brought it back as soon as we could. Available in cans now with draft as a line opens up.

EIRINA - 4.1% - Japanese Style Rice Lager - Dry and satisfying Japanese style rice lager. Brewed with a special Loxless barley from Prairie malt to preserve foam and flavor, and hopped with a domestic hop blend from Hopsteiner. We cereal mashed this beer with 34% rice, stepping up from cold and boiling to extract as much starch as possible, then blending with the barley malt to convert that starch to sugar. A small sulfate addition accentuates the hops and keeps the beer light, while the captured Co2 from fermentation naturally carbonates the beer, and holds on to crucial character from our house lager yeast. Eirina translates to sharp-a nod to the pouring style our tapsters use to serve this beer. Brewed in collaboration with Prairie malt and Hopsteiner. 

Cult Cinema Club tonight Hiway Theater at 9:45! We’ll be selling cans in the lobby for Miami Vice, and we’ll even have Mojitos for you at the bar before the movie starts.

CELEBRATE JULY 14TH IN STYLE! FRENCH IPA AND LIMITED MERCH DROP!

Couple of cool things happening on July 14th, so we figured we would get you ready for the big day of celebration to come. We have our timely release of Rouge Et Mosaique — our French inspired IPA to celebrate Bastille Day!

In addition to a brand new IPA, we also have a special run of shirts made for the big special baseball game next week. A limited run of All Star shirts printed on Comfort Colors are now available!

ROUGE ET MOSAIQUE - 6% - French Style IPA - Dry Hopped with a new french varietal Barbe Rouge and smoothed over with dank mosaic, this hazy garçon bursts with red-ripe strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.

Muppets Quizzo this Thursday with our friends Muppet Stuff and The Broken Bell starting at 7! Chris is a Quizzo regular here and has one of these largest Muppet Memorabilia collections in the country. Four rounds, drink specials from 7-9, and special prizes for best team name and best costume!

Friday night we’ll be next door selling cans in the lobby for Horror at the Hiway Theater at 9:45. Get your ticket early for The Lost Boys and hang at the bar before the movie for $6 drafts.

It’s gonna be a hot 250th birthday party for America, and we have everything you need for a good time! We will be open normal hours of operation the entire weekend:

FRIDAY 11AM-12AM
SATURDAY 11AM-12AM (No Jazz Brunch this weekend, will resume next week)
SUNDAY 11AM-9PM

We have a fridge full of takeout beer ready for you to keep your thirst quenched this weekend. is whipping up 5 different specials this weekend as well if you don’t feel like sweating it out behind a grill! Come celebrate your Fourth of July with us and watch some knockout round soccer.
