Over the past two weeks, our team has been working incredibly hard-from before open to after close, both in the kitchen and on the floor. Yesterday, we introduced a short break from 3-5pm and it made a meaningful difference. It gave our staff a chance to recharge and better prepare for the evening service.

Moving forward, we will be cosed daily from 3-5pm and will be closed on Sundays.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue finding the best ways to serve you well while also taking care of our team. They are the heart of what we do and we couldn’t do it without them.

And here is our much awaited dinner menu. Thank you for your patience.

Good afternoon, Jenks! Due to the increase in volume, today, Saturday May 2, we will be open from 11 to 3 PM and then 5 PM to 10 PM. And beginning tomorrow, we will be closed on Sundays to give our staff a much-needed day of rest each week. We want to thank you guys for all of your support this last week and a half that we have been open. We are so grateful to be here to serve the community of Jenks. Ciao a tutti !

We are officially through our first week, and "thank you" doesn't quite cover how we feel. The warm welcome from the Jenks community has been more than we ever expected. Seeing the dining room full and meeting our neighbors has made all the hard work worth it.
​We are immensely grateful for your support and can’t wait to serve you for years to come!

We’ve been MIA but last few weeks just called for it. We were behind and had to just put our heads down and grind. There’s been progress but we’ll probably never catch up since the deadline is far on our rear view mirror. Not too worried about it and we’ll keep pushing hard. And when is say pushing hard means no days off and days that end before 10 PM feel like vacation (11pm-1am is the norm around here).
I have to remind myself daily that even if it doesn’t feel like, this is a blessing and nothing else…A BLESSING !
The light at the end of the tunnel is getting brighter and brighter.
