March weather has us on wild cards every few days! So more like spring weather for now! 😍👏🏼🩷

The experts say the world consumes an egg a day on average. So the people who eat more make up for the people who do not eat them or can’t. Eggs are one of the biggest staples in every house. They are used in just about everything.
So one hen per person is what they say is normal. 🤯 so my 700 layers will feed 700 people a year. 🤔
But I will say we consume a lot of eggs!
NY city has a lot of people who can’t have hens! That’s a lot of eggs consumed there. Which all have to be shipped in.
One more reason we need farmers.

I think they are however a tiny version of a Dilophosaurus! 🤣😆
Especially when Roos are ruffling up their hackle feathers fighting.
