Wow! Thank you to everyone who is giving us a first time try today and to our returning customers. We have sold the original 20 specials this week in just a few hours.. so we decided to add 20 more of the ground beef packages AND have open hours for anyone that would like to stop by Friday July 18th from 2-6pm. Happy Hump Day folks! Don’t miss this weeks special- 10 pounds of ground beef for $55. This is farm fresh ground beef all from the same cow and we put many of the premium cuts in it. No chemicals, no additives. I encourage anyone who is still buying grocery store ground beef to look into what’s in it and then find yourself a local farmer to buy directly from!

**UPDATE: SOLD this half but we have plenty morere available. Call us if you would like to order a custom half or whole. Special pricing available*** We’ve got an extra half steer (or can divide into two quarters) available for delivery Monday. Hanging weight was 671 pounds. Quarter is 167.75 pounds hanging weight or half is 335.5 pounds hanging weight. Offering this half or quarters for 6.50/pound (regular per pound price on whole) since we made extra! This invludes the steer, the processing and delivery. Half beef would come out to $2180 total or a quarter beef would be $1090 on these extra beef shares. Includes delivery within an hour or can meet half way if farther. If you would like to custom order a steer or hog we have additional dates available now to place your custom order. Individual beef cuts are in but due to a freezer issue we have not been able to inventory them and post yet. This will be resolved Monday and our entire pork and beef retail selections will be available to order online.
