We are taking pork orders for a June 29 appointment at the butcher shop, we will be taking them to Kropfs in Bowler again this time. Kropfs makes excellent bacon and ham products, by far my favorite processor to use when we can get in.
These are Gloustershire old spot crossed with Red Wattle hogs raised outside on the ground, no confinement stalls or farrowing crates.

$2.50 per lb of hanging weight, plus butcher fee.

Get your pork!!! Not only does it end up being cheaper overall, it's soooo much better for you and you know your pig was ethically raised with care 😘. Only 3 1/2 pigs available!!!!

Ok, so I found out I was wrong on the date, they will go in February not January.

We will have half or whole hog pork available in January, Berkshire/Duroc Cross. They are going in to the processor early February should be ready for pickup around the last week of February or first week of March.

2.50 per lb of hanging weight plus your custom butcher fee paid to Kropfs in Bowler, they have excellent bacon and ham products.
