Position: Welder / Fabricator
Location: Jermyn, Texas (Soon Graham)
What You’ll Do:
• MIG welding on steel components
• Fabricate and assemble trip hoppers and equipment
• Maintain clean, solid welds that’ll stand the test of real ranch and feedlot use
• Work alongside a team that gets after it every day
What We’re Looking For:
• Welding experience (shop or field)
• Strong work ethic—no babysitting required
• Pride in your craftsmanship
• Dependable and ready to show up
• Ability to handle a fast-paced shop environment
Bonus Points If You:
• Have fabrication experience
• Can run multiple tools and equipment
• Know your way around ag or ranch equipment
