At True West Beef, quality is more than a goal, it's a commitment that guides the work we do every day. It takes people across different roles and departments working together, supporting one another, and taking pride in their contributions. Every role matters and every person helps move us forward.

Every great product has a story. Ours starts with the people behind it. Producing high-quality beef takes teamwork, dedication, and attention to detail at every step. From the work on the floor to the people who keep everything moving, every role plays a part in the bigger picture. That’s where the story starts. Our people carry it on.

Sometimes you don't realize what you have until you've experienced what your missing.

One of our maintenance team members left True West Beef to pursue another opportunity. After a few months he made the decision to come back.

Why?

He found that proper training, support, and feeling like part of a team mattered more than he realized. When he returned to True West Beef, he knew he was coming back to a place where he felt supported, valued, and welcomed as part of the team.

For us retention isn't just about keeping people on the schedule. It's about creating an environment where employees have the tools to succeed, people they can count on, and a team they're proud to be a part of. We're proud to have him back and even more proud to be the kind of workplace people want to com back to.

Who knew a mountain of potatoes could bring so much joy?!

We recently bagged up a truck load of potatoes to share with our employees, and because one good thing deserves another, we also had Food Truck Friday so our teams could enjoy a meal together! At True West Beef we believe that taking care of our people is more than just the work we do. It's about creating a place where our employees feel appreciated, valued, and part of the team. Awesome food, great people, and a whole lot of potatoes made for a pretty great Friday! In the words of our Manager Nik, "What goes better with steak? POTATOES!
