We have “Rocket Snapdragons”. They may not look like much but these grow to be 2-3 ft tall. Plus, the flowers are also edible! 🐉

NEW COLOR ALERT‼️ This orange petunia has been 🔥‼️ We sold out of our first wave of baskets with the orange petunia but the younger generation (they are ready to go) will be perfect timing for our Memorial Day flower buyers who don’t ever trust the weather!
Plus, a cute orange Ge**er Daisy too!!

Today’s Tip:
We highly suggest purchasing baskets that aren’t over grown. (I know it’s hard, we all want the biggest bang for our buck 💵)! Overgrown baskets get beat up from shipping and the wind & sun. You will have greater success if you purchase younger baskets and transition them to life outdoors!! Plus, it’s truly amazing to watch how quickly plants grow! 🌱

You heard it. If your mother’s Day baskets were beat up today give them the shears they will only come back better. Shearing works great on petunias,lobelia, calibrachoa, verbena, etc most everything but geraniums. Geraniums should be selectively pinched.

I have heard the call!!! We are adding more plant packs to our production. I have always tried to stay away from smaller cell packs. My reasoning is smaller packs get root bound and overgrown much faster.
I can go on an on about the big growers and growth regulators. Products I see out and about look appealing for there cost effective price per plant but I warn that in most cases they are either stunted with regulators or root bound and will perform poorly.
Growing with cell packs takes precise timing and cooperation with the gardener. Smaller packs mean shorter windows for plants to stay healthy. These products wont be available season long I will keep you posted.
The cell packs I chose to grow are a jumbo 4 pack. They are larger than standard packs which will help with the struggle. I hope to make gardening more affordable this year. I hope everyone is planning there gardens and encouraging others to participate. Let’s spread the habit and keep our community healthy and independent.
