July is officially on the horizon—which means two things: it’s my birthday month, and we are about to completely change the after-hours game. Again. 🦞🔥
Last year, we blessed the menu with our signature sushi handrolls. This year? We’re taking things to an entirely new level of yum yum 😋
Starting next month, we are rolling out a brand-new lineup of Asian-inspired and Classic Lobster Rolls for our after-hours menu. Think rich, umami-packed infused butters, perfect crunch, and sweet lobster meat nestled into perfectly toasted buns.
No previews, no sneak peeks at the flavor profiles yet—you’re just going to have to see it (and taste it) for yourself. 🤫✨

Get ready for an evening where the soul is fed and the spirit is filled! Join us at JC Fishstand for an after-hours gathering dedicated to worship, community, and generosity.
This is more than a meal—it’s a mission. 100% of all sushi handroll proceeds will be donated directly to and to support their vital work in our community.

The Evening Flow
5:00 PM | Brews & Beats: Kick things off with our guest barista Sis Hailey serving up custom pours.
5:30 PM – 8:00 PM | Worship, Rolls & Open Mic:
The Host’s Table: I’ll be singing and sharing a personal testimony of God’s goodness in my life, all while crafting your favorite handrolls live!
Sis Hailey will be gracing the keys, leading us in worship and song throughout the night.
The Mic is Open All Night: We invite you to step up whenever you feel moved! Introduce yourself, share a “word,” or share your own testimony of how God has been working for you.
Join the Jam: Inspired to bring your guitar and join the worship with us? Please feel free to do so! We’d love to have you play along.
What to Expect
Continuous Worship: A soul-stirring atmosphere led by Sis Hailey and your host.
Sushi for a Cause: Every roll purchased helps us end the cycle of poverty and hope in our city.
A Safe Space to Share: This entire event is an open invitation to share your heart, your story, or your musical gifts.

Practically SOLD OUT! 🤯
Thank you all so much for supporting our After Hours once again. You know me—sisig is my all-time favorite dish, so when we had a tiny bit of tuna sisig left over, you know I had to turn it into a late-night chef’s treat with some garlic rice. 🤤
It hit so good I might just have to put this exact combo on the menu next time... No complaints here, just pure gratitude. See you at the next one! ✨🍳

Making my debut as the Singing Fishmonger 😩🎶—hopefully, my high notes don’t crack the ice on the display! On this special Mother’s Day, I’m trading the scales for some musical scales to send a huge shout-out to the women who run the world.
