It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of Plant Base, our beloved non-profit cafe and market. We want to express our deep gratitude and thankfulness for your continued support over these past 4 years. It has truly been an incredible experience that we wouldn't trade for the world.

Since 2019 Plant Base has been dedicated to serving our community with affordable and nurturing plant-based food, all while contributing to meaningful causes. Through your support, we couldn't be more proud of the impact we have had on our community, the vegan movement, and the positive strides toward changing the broken food system.

However, due to the extreme financial challenges to keep our kitchen running, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors permanently. We are deeply saddened to say goodbye to a place that has meant so much to us and our community.

We want to assure you that our commitment to our community and fighting for food justice will not end with the closure of Plant Base. While the cafe may be closing, we will continue to make efforts to provide healthy food to underserved communities in new innovative ways. Stay tuned for updates on our exciting future endeavors, and we hope you will continue to be a part of our journey.

For the time being, we will remain open at Plant Space for our wellness events and hope to introduce some exciting pop-up meals in the near future. We are determined to keep providing a valuable resource and safe haven for our community in this magical space we have worked so hard to build for you all. We’re so excited to announce our first Paint & Sip Class! Join us March 25th @ 6:30pm at Plant Space!
Only 10 tickets left. This fun event will include food, wine, all paints, canvas and other materials.

Take home a beautiful painting created by you. All proceeds go to Red Robin Song Animal Sanctuary in upstate New York. Event organized by World Vegan Vision.

This exciting lineup of local comics (including some vegan ones too!) is ready to put on a killer show for JC!
We will be offering some killer vegan food, cava & cbd infused drinks, healthy sweets, and other goodies before and after the show!
