Although our doors are officially closed, we still have a limited supply of food left — and we’d love to share it with you while it lasts!

We’ll be offering to-go orders only for these remaining items:

Appetizers:
- Crab rangoon
- Egg rolls

Lunch special with fried rice. No soups but we will replace with an Egg roll and Crab Rangoon.
- Beef broccoli
- Sweet and sour chicken

Dinner size only:
- Lo mein (veggie or chicken)
- Hot braised chicken comes with fried rice

Half order or full order:
- Fried rice (veggie, chicken, or shrimp)

Monday and Tuesday only
- 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
(Or until everything is gone — whichever comes first!)

We would like to inform you of our updated operating hours, effective until we close on April 25. Our new hours are as follows:
• Lunch: 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
• Service Break: 2:00 PM - 4:00PM
• Dinner: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM

The break in service allows us sufficient time to prepare for dinner service. So this means we will pause all dine-in or to-go orders until our dinner service time begins.

Additionally, please note that on Monday, March 31, our dining room will be closed, and we will only be offering to-go orders that day. Dine-in service will resume on Tuesday, April 1.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support. We look forward to serving you!

From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for your support, kindness, and the many wonderful memories we’ve shared over the years. Serving this community has been an absolute privilege, and we are truly grateful for each and every one of you.

As we approach our final days, we are doing our best to serve everyone who walks through our doors. However, with increased demand and limited inventory, you may experience longer wait times, and some dishes may occasionally be unavailable. Please know that we are doing everything we can to restock ingredients and continue offering as much of our menu as possible.

We kindly ask for your patience and understanding, especially with our staff, who are working tirelessly to make these final moments as special as possible. Hi all! This is Ju Lee. I’ve loved reading all of your comments on our post. I wanted to share with you all a story and tribute to our parents, Sin Hao and Elan Hong.

28 years ago, our parents made the courageous decision to start their own business—a leap of faith driven by their deep desire to provide for our family. What began as a way to make ends meet soon evolved into something much more meaningful. Through their hard work, determination, and countless sacrifices, they built a beautiful life we are so grateful for today.

The restaurant became more than just a business—it became the heart of our family. It was here that we learned the true meaning of dedication, sacrifice, and the importance of serving others. For nearly three decades, we witnessed our parents pour everything they had into this dream. With each meal served and every customer who walked through the door, it wasn’t just about food—it was about relationships, creating memories, and fostering a sense of community with every dish they prepared.

After our papa’s passing, our mama carried the torch with unwavering strength, continuing to pour her heart and soul into the business. The love and success they’ve earned from this community speaks volumes about who they are—kind, hardworking, and full of heart. It’s been an unforgettable journey, and we couldn’t be PROUDER of all they’ve built.

This photo is more than just a snapshot in time; it’s a tribute to the legacy they’ve created, the love they’ve shared, and the countless lives they’ve touched along the way. If our papa was still with us he would be grinning ear to ear seeing how much love and support the community is giving us! To everyone who has supported them throughout the years—THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts.

After 42 years in the restaurant business and 28 years owning Wok Restaurant, it’s time for our mama to rest and embrace the next chapter of her life.

We’d love to make this milestone moment truly special by gathering love and support from the community as we send our mama off into a well-deserved retirement. THANK YOU For 28 Wonderful Years!

After 28 wonderful years, Wok Restaurant announces that it will be closing its doors. This decision was not made lightly, but it is time for the owner, Elan to retire and embrace the next chapter of her life.

The Hong family is deeply grateful to the Jerseyville community for its unwavering support. To our loyal customers, dedicated staff, and the friends and neighbors who have been part of this journey—THANK YOU! Your kindness and loyalty have made these years truly special.

As we close this chapter, we reflect with pride and appreciation on the memories and friendships built over the years.

Wok Restaurant’s final day of business will be Friday, April 25. Please stop by and share one last meal with us.
