Would anyone be interested in a roasted green chile cheddar that would be ready around Thanksgiving? The New Mexico girl in me really wants to try this. Just curious if anyone else would want to as well! 😃🧀🧀🧀🤪

Also, I’m incredibly curious how many of you care what color your cheese is. lol 😂

Guess who’s back?! 👋🏻

I’ve been MIA for over a week, and I’m so thankful for a husband who has been willing to pick up the slack while I’ve been sick. ❤️

The farm work doesn’t stop just because you don’t feel good. Cows don’t care if you’re sick—they still need to be fed, cared for, and milked! 🐄🥛

Now it’s going to be a busy weekend trying to get caught up on all the milk processing I’ve fallen behind on. But we’re getting back at it! 💪🏻

So…who’s interested in some cheese?! 🧀😋

Stay tuned because we’ll have some goodies coming your way soon!

Thank you, as always, for supporting our little farm! 💕

🌱 There’s a lot more that goes into “farm fresh” than most people ever see. 🐄🥛🥚🧈🧀

Farm fresh isn’t just a label. It’s early mornings, late nights, dirty boots, and a whole lot of love.

It’s getting up before the sun to feed and milking after a long days work. It’s feeding animals, checking fences, hauling hay, cleaning stalls, washing buckets, and making sure every animal is healthy and cared for.

It’s standing in the kitchen turning fresh milk into butter and cheese. It’s collecting and washing eggs. It’s bottling milk, labeling products, keeping everything cold, clean, and ready for your family.

It’s the recipe that doesn’t turn out quite right… and trying again. 😂
It’s the batches that take hours of work.
It’s the days when you’re exhausted but the animals still need you.

And then there are the little moments that make every bit of it worth it—seeing healthy animals out in the pasture, opening the refrigerator and seeing shelves full of something we raised, milked, made, or grew ourselves. ❤️

When you buy from a small farm, you’re not just buying milk, butter, eggs, or cheese.

You’re buying a little piece of our hard work, our family, and our way of life.

From our farm to your table—thank you for supporting what we do. ❤️

Here’s to all those working folks who make this country go round. Happy Labor Day from our working place to all of you.

We tried our hand at something new this weekend! 🧀✨

Now comes the hard part… waiting! You’ll have to stay tuned for the next 6–8 weeks to find out how it turns out. It was definitely fun to make, and I have to say, it sure is pretty on the outside! 😍

My goal is to make one aged cheese every weekend, which means if all goes according to plan, we should have a nice variety ready just in time for the holidays! 🎄🧀

And don’t worry… the Gouda is still aging away! 😉

We’re also working on another new product that we’re hoping to have jarred and available by the end of this week! 👀🍓🍓🍓🥛🥛🥛

We’re having so much fun continuing to learn, create, and expand what we can offer from our farm. Stay tuned—there’s more to come! ❤️🐄
