An evening celebrating community, leadership, and lasting impact! ✨

Last night, the Basalyga Group was honored to attend Lackawanna College Community Impact Awards, where John Basalyga was recognized with the Community Impact Award!

Congratulations, John, on this well-deserved honor! We are incredibly grateful for your dedication, generosity, and continued commitment to making a difference in our community. Thank you for all that you do!

We would also like to extend our congratulations to Donald Jones III, recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award!

A heartfelt thank you to the entire Lackawanna College staff, especially President Dr. Jill Murray, for organizing such a wonderful evening and for your continued dedication to the college and our community. Thank you as well to Lace Venue by Epicurean for the beautiful venue and exceptional hospitality.

We are especially grateful for the generosity shown throughout the evening and the funds raised to support the next generation of students, workforce leaders, and our communities.

Here's to celebrating those who make a lasting difference and investing in a brighter future for generations to come! ❤️

🎉 OFFICIALLY CELEBRATING TWO EXCITING ADDITIONS TO DOWNTOWN SCRANTON! 🎀✂️

Today, we had the pleasure of celebrating the official ribbon cuttings for Coney Island Lunch and Raegan’s Ice Cream Shoppe with the The Greater Scranton Chamber of Commerce!

A huge thank you to the Chamber and Chamber Influencers for joining us today and for their continued support of our businesses and the Downtown Scranton community.

A special thank you to the Ventura brothers for joining us for this milestone and, most importantly, for trusting us to carry on the legacy of Coney Island Lunch. We're honored to continue the tradition and preserve a piece of Scranton history that has meant so much to this community for generations.

Congratulations to all of the incredible teams across The Basalyga Group who helped bring these projects to life! It takes a tremendous amount of hard work, dedication, and teamwork to make moments like these possible.

There's something truly special about bringing a historic Scranton staple back to life while welcoming something brand new to the community. We're proud to be part of Downtown Scranton's continued growth and excited for what's ahead!

Thank you to everyone who has supported both businesses. We're just getting started! ❤️

🌭 HOW IT STARTED VS. HOW IT’S GOING

A Scranton landmark, refreshed for its next chapter. ❤️

Despite the challenges along the way, it’s been incredible to watch the exterior of Coney Island Lunch come back to life while preserving the history and tradition that have made it a Lackawanna Avenue staple since 1923.

We’re proud of how far we’ve come and grateful for everyone who has supported us along the way.

Same tradition. Original recipe. A fresh new look. ✨
