🌲 Holiday Ordering 🌲 *ANNOUNCEMENT*

We will be accepting Thanksgiving and Christmas orders starting next Thursday, October 1st!

Advanced holiday orders may be placed by phone during regular business hours or in-person. We are not accepting orders left on the voicemail. Please be patient with us as we receive a high volume of calls this time of year and may not be able to answer if we are on another call.

This year, our front merchandising will also have limited quantities of our other pasta items, sauce, and meatballs each day on a first come, first served basis. Walk-in purchases will also be limited, so pre-orders are encouraged for larger orders.

Orders will be fulfilled ahead of each holiday, so orders for Thanksgiving and Christmas can be placed at the same time, but separated for each holiday pick-up.

What a beautiful day! ☀️

First, we would like to thank everyone for stopping by our stand this past weekend at La Festa Italiano Di Lackawanna!

We are excited to participate in another great event with the Jessup 21st Century Association this weekend in our hometown. Come and visit us at the 2026 Jessup Fall Block Party from 2:00-7:00PM. We will be located right in front of our storefront on Church Street.

On the Menu:
-Spiced Meat Ravioli with Sweet Sausage, Apple, and Sage

-Cheese Cappelletti Soup with Spicy Sausage

We will also have our homemade pasta and sauce available for purchase. 🍝

Help us celebrate our one year anniversary! 🎉!

One year ago today we acquired Petrini’s Pasta Products in Jessup and started our pasta making journey! We are so grateful to Bev and Marie for showing us the ropes and allowing us to learn with them.

We are celebrating with another first at La Festa Italiano Di Lackawanna 🇮🇹 If you are in downtown Scranton this weekend, feel free to stop by stand #39 on Adams Avenue to try our fresh homemade pasta 🍝.

A little bit about us:

Colarusso’s Pasta Fresca officially opened in September 2025 by the Colarusso family. Our sister locations are Colarusso's Coal Fired Pizza and Cafe Colarusso in Jessup.

Our pasta production business (formally Petrini’s Pasta Products in Jessup PA) was acquired from the Petrini family, whose own tradition of pasta-making spans decades. Mrs. Petrini's famous spiced caps and homemade ravioli are made with the same ingredients and love as they have been for decades. Her recipes and techniques remain at the heart of what we produce, a tradition we are proud to preserve and carry forward for another generation.

Colarusso’s Pasta Fresca is both a fresh pasta manufacturing facility and retail storefront, where pasta is produced locally and sold directly to the community. In addition to our selection of pasta (which includes freshly made gnocchi, quadrucci, passatelli, fettuccine and penne), we also sell homemade sauce, broth, meatballs, freshly grated cheese, and rotational ready-to-bake items like lasagna.

Orders can be placed by calling our storefront directly at 570-489-6338 during regular business hours. At this time we do not accept credit cards.

We will be posting information on holiday orders as it becomes available.
