Today was a productive day of multiple trainings focused on our award-winning commitment to Zero Food Waste and diverting waste away from local landfills.

We covered proper bin usage, including recycling and composting best practices, to ensure every item goes in the right place. We used example items that employees use daily and directed them into color coded bins.

By reinforcing these habits, we’re keeping materials out of landfills, recycling plastics and metals, composting food and supporting a more sustainable future.

A big thank you to all team members who participated! Your dedication to our sustainable practices and doing things right makes all the difference. Let’s keep working together toward our zero waste goal.

A favorite annual tradition continues! Our employee appreciation Thanksgiving boxes were handed out last week, ahead of the holiday, and included a note of gratitude, a turkey and fresh wholesome fruits and vegetables.

This Veterans Day, we proudly honor our heroes and stand with Folds of Honor supporting veterans and their families for their service, strength, and sacrifice.

Our company and family is honored to sponsor and participate in the Folds of Honor Cup for the fifth consecutive year. Over this time, we’ve helped provide 28 scholarships to the spouses and children of fallen soldiers and first responders.

Today and every day, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all who have served and sacrificed for our freedom. Thank a veteran today.

Saturday was an awesome day walking with our fantastic team and all the supporters of the Autism Society of MD. We want to express our gratitude to everyone who participated!

For those who may not be aware, we have a partnership with AUSOM and their Autism Hiring Program. This program provides training in job-related skills and helps match open positions with suitable candidates. As a result, we have found well-prepared and enthusiastic new employees through this program. We encourage other local companies to consider participating in this program and partnering with AUSOM as well!
