It’s what we are having for Sunday Lunch!

Just season your Pork chops
I use coarsely ground pepper, garlic, paprika, salt and pepper.

Then sear them on both sides in a fry pan. Place in a lightly greased Dutch oven or toaster pot.

Drizzle with Shelby’s Secret Sauce and baked on 250 for 2.5-3 hours.

That’s it!
They will make their own juice.

Hey and Welcome Y’all!!

Curious about their “secret” sauce?
Here’s our story:

25 years ago I started making this special sauce for my family. I used it as a dipping sauce, a marinade, and even added it as flavoring to soups and casserole dishes.

💜 When one of our 7 daughters got married, I made small bottles as wedding favors for our guests. To my amazement, our family and friends absolutely LOVED it and began requesting that I make larger bottles of it for them to purchase.

😱 Since that time, word spread about my sauce and now we have requests coming in from all over the country for it.

😎 I do feel like it needs to have a warning label though so here it is: THIS SAUCE MAY BE ADDICTIVE. Most people don’t buy just one bottle for that reason.
