One more month and you can get your quintessential summer flower photos and cut some to take home. We should have some cut bouquets regularly on our farm stand around that time too, if you don't have time to cut for yourself.

You read that right! You can camp on our farm now. You can find us on RV Overnights, Harvest Hosts and HipCamp. We are not a certified dark sky park, but we can certainly see the stars at night (when there isn't a massive wildfire nearby). We're still praying for our southern neighbors.

BUT GOD!

WE LOVE TO EDUCATE KIDS (OF ALL AGES), almost as much as we like to learn ourselves. We're building a planting template out of some scrap material.

Our main reason for the template is to help kids visualize what planting by the square foot is. But, we'll use it ourselves. This one is for planting bush beans at 9 per square foot. We have another one that we use for sunflowers and corn; it's 4 per square foot.

We've used Square FOot Gardening techinques for over 30 years, though we also do some traditional row-planting, too.
