🎉 Congratulations Candice! 🎉

Candice joined our team this year and we are excited to share that she has earned her insurance license!

As part of the MAP Inc. team, she is working alongside Cody Lampe as our Property & Casualty Insurance Specialist, helping clients with their home, auto, farm, ranch, and business insurance needs. She will also continue supporting our clients and team with crop insurance services.

Landowners with farms enrolled in ARC and PLC programs may now have the opportunity to add base acres.

✔️ Potentially increase your program benefits.
✔️ Strengthen your farm’s financial safety net.

FSA is strengthening the farm safety net thanks to the Working Families Tax Cuts Act that adds up to 30 million new base acres nationwide. Starting June 1, landowners can update and increase base acres in preparation for enrollment in the Agriculture Risk Coverage (ARC) and Price Loss Coverage (PLC) programs for the 2026 and future crop years.

Remember these Kansas Late Plant Periods after the Final Plant Date:
• Corn - 20 Days
• Grain Sorghum - 25 Days
• Soybeans - 25 Days

During the Late Plant Period, your crop insurance guarantee is reduced 1% per day planted late.

If weather or field conditions keep you from planting by the end of the Late Plant Period, Prevent Plant may need to be considered.
