These little piggies are headed to market! 🐖✨
That means our freezers will be restocked soon with bacon, chops, sausages, and more. Five of these hogs are the long-awaited Red Wattle × Mangalitsa cross, with the rest headed toward making some seriously good bacon and sausage.

Right now they’re feasting on loads of acorns from our woods 🌰 and pumpkins donated from the farmers market 🎃—one of our favorite times of year to finish hogs. That seasonal forage adds incredible flavor you can truly taste in the final product.

All of our hogs are raised on a corn-free, soy-free, non-GMO feed, milled right here in Texas by H&H Feed in Hamilton, alongside everything they forage naturally.

You can shop online or come see us in person at in Houston to stock up when this pork is ready.

We wanted to let everyone know that we’ll no longer be attending the Rice Village Farmers Market on Sundays. This was a tough decision, but one we made so we can spend more time together as a family and get back to regular church attendance. ❤️

We want to thank everyone in the Rice Village community who has supported us — it’s been such a joy getting to meet you and share our pasture-raised chicken, turkey, pork, beef, and eggs with your families. 🐔🐷🐄

The good news is, you can still get our products! 🚚

I just got off the phone with I O Ranch Processing, LLC and found out we had 1 of our pigs produce close to 65lbs of ham! So Im just throwing it out there right now, if you want a smoked & cured ham for your holiday feast this year HIT US UP!! We will have several whopper sized ones, as well as a few smaller ones. All pork products will be back in stock starting this weekend at Memorial Village Farmers Market, so come see us this weekend!
