What a great Friday evening in Buffalo. It was a honor serving the Order of the Easter Star. The Order of the Eastern Star is a fraternal, nonprofit charitable organization associated with Freemasonry. Its stated principles are Charity, Truth, and Loving-Kindness. The women with Masonic affiliation and Master Masons who share a belief in a Supreme Being and a commitment to service. I want you to know they like their food as well!! Their purpose is to make a positive difference through charitable works, friendship, and loving kindness. It has always been that way for me!! Thank you to Dianne Ryder for asking me to cater the meal. I wasn’t able to get pictures but the meal included Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans. Rolls and Dinner Salad. The desserts, Homemade Peach Cobbler, Bread Pudding, Old Fashion Banana Pudding and Million Dollar Pie.

The is fully illuminated with patriotic projections during the "Liberty & Lights" light show on night one of the West Virginia 250 Capitol City Celebration, with the America 250 Wheel behind it. There are FOUR chances per night to see this in person, starting at dark, every 15 minutes. GO SEE IT!
