Meet 2020 Seneca Noiret, made from grapes I harvested last fall at Ferguson's vineyard on the shores of Seneca lake. She's dry, a bit fruit forward and carries a nice okay finish... Just as I like them! Prost!

What better to do on a snow day than rack some wine. Here we have Honest John's Blush, made from grapes obtained in partnership with Honest John's vineyard in Harrisburg (a small, private vineyard who invited me to help revitalize it). A little more tart than I was hoping, but this vintner has a few tricks up his sleeve to help with that! 😉
