CLEAN CAKES!

I have different options to help you feel relief if you have certain preferences with foods. We do at my house so I like offering it for all of you.

This is a 2 layer 8 inch chocolate cake with natural food coloring in the vanilla buttercream and clean dyed sprinkles.

I am so unbelievably delighted with this little two layer 8 inch cake with lemon and lemon poppyseed sponge with lemon vanilla buttercream, and lemon curd. Of course, as most of you know my beautiful daughter makes the lemon curd for all of your orders and she does a fabulous job.

I’m so blessed that this order is from a very kind returning customer.

She requested natural food coloring this time and just so all of you know that is an option and the only downfall is that the colors will not be as vibrant but when you are looking for something sweet and soft, sometimes natural food coloring is a nice way to go.

She has a child who is turning one so we did the “One Happy Camper” theme and I got to come up with a little design. I saw a lot of pictures on Pinterest and Instagram with the little plastic balloons that you stick down in the cake and I really didn’t want to go that route.

I started thinking about doing some pallet knife pine trees and for the top I got to thinking about the sweet little plaid cake that I did over Christmas and I know that when we think of camping, there’s flannel and plaid and all of the cozy things and I used ChatGPT for the sweet little bear on top so his sweater would match the plaid that I piped on.

So all in all well I feel so pleased with this cake and I’m excited to show you!

Lovely seaside cake due today with a touch of a request of a love for hydrangeas. This is a lemon cake with lemon buttercream, a blueberry filling layer, and a lemon curd filling layer. This is a cake made with all natural food coloring.

🎂🎂🎂 Every custom cake is made with clean, high-quality ingredients. Natural food coloring is also available upon request, resulting in softer, more muted colors.
For gluten-free cakes, I exclusively use King Arthur Gluten-Free Cake Mix so you know exactly what you’re receiving and can order with confidence.
If your design requires bright red accents, please note that natural red food coloring does not produce a true vibrant red. In those cases, I typically use a small amount of traditional red food coloring for decorative elements only—and I design them so they can be easily removed if you prefer to avoid artificial coloring altogether. If you would like an entirely naturally colored cake, just let me know, and I’ll be happy to accommodate your request.🎂🎂🎂

There is a LOVELY reel for this order in the next post but here are some pictures from an order I fulfilled today. It is ALL GLUTEN FREE!

•12 tiramisu cake cups
•2 dozen GF mini cupcakes succulent themed-blackberry velvet and browned butter pecan
•3 layer 6 inch GF carrot cake with cream cheese buttercream
•1 batch (roughly 33-37) of macarons with the flavors of creamy fig, vanilla, and fresh lemon with lemon curd

An oldie but a goodie. Yes. Depending on the need, I can do 3D cakes!
