ALL repeat clients. I am so thankful! It’s been a crazy week. Since Wednesday I allotted about 5-7 hours each day to work on all of this. My daughter helps me and it’s amazing! The cake with the blue flowers has vanilla pastry cream as a filling in the chocolate cake layers with vanilla buttercream. I’m so excited to hear how that was. It sounds wonderful!

Be sure to look at my daughter’s royal icing cookies in the pictures. She is new to it but does very well and would love to serve you! We are calling her branch Royally Sweet! 🙂

Hey friends, I have an order going on Saturday and I’ll have extra chocolate croissants.

I’ll keep a few for my family for breakfast over the weekend, but if anybody would like a dozen of them comment or message. $50 for the dozen

I’ll also have 1-2 dozen extra macarons. $28/dozen. You choose flavors.

My son’s 10th birthday was this weekend!

I tried a new buttercream flavor for him in his cake! I did chocolate chip cookie dough with vanilla. His sponge was my new white cake recipe with funfetti! His party was the day after his birthday so his actual birthday night I made him a mini cake and gosh was it adorable. It served us five with the tiniest little slice so beautifully.

I WILL start serving these little tiny cakes. They’ll be for between 1-5 people but with the understanding that it’s for little nibbles! 🙂 (or a smash cake)

The bottom tier is two layer roughly 3 inches across and the top tier is two layers roughly 1.75-2 inches across. I used a circle cookie cutter I have for the bottom and the width of a macaron for the top.

They’ll start at $35 each as one might think of it’s smaller it’s easier…..tricky I know…..not totally easier.

If you need them as place settings, I’ll do buy 4 get one free.

So watch for these, try one out, they’re so adorable and fun!

🎂CAKES AND TREATS FOR THE WEEK!🎂

•FREE one year anniversary cake
•A mini cake and macarons for my son’s birthday today and the main cake is being saved for his little party tomorrow. (The cake is as tall as my hand….super mini cake. It’s SO cute!)

NOTE-I didn’t take pictures BUT I also made homemade from scratch ham and cheese croissants for his breakfast and they were INCREDIBLE!🥐🥐

Dear mommas,

I just want to wish all of you a beautifully blessed happy Mother’s Day.

It’s been quite an adventure the last three years to be a momma who is behind the scenes involved in your special occasions. 

I’m so thankful for all of you for trusting me with your beautiful cakes, desserts, and time.

My family and I are so grateful for all of you because you have contributed to so many things like needs and other provisions for us as I found a way to be at home and still contribute.

God bless all of you and I am looking forward to more cakes, parties, macarons, weddings, showers, surprises, and more!

This evening was quite a fantastic one! (Did you know you can book me to teach cake decorating to you and your friends?)

I had a day last month where I received 3 rather weighty inquiries and one of them was the start of teaching classes The Kitchen At Grace Meadows Farm.

(I’m trying to tag but it’s not working so definitely search them and support them because it’s amazing. My daughter and I ate after the class and it was delicious and the staff is incredible as is the owner!)

I had a class this evening there with 7 lovely women. Towards the end of the cake directions and decorations, they all started adding their own personal touches and that was SO COOL to see what they were thinking and how it came to life AND that each of the sweet ladies were confident enough to do that. We had a lovely time.

Watch for more classes there and bring a friend!

💍🎊🎂A lovely two layer 9x13 sheet cake and royal icing cookies went out today. Bear with my daughter and I. We are still learning Royal icing cookies. They’re a whole new beast and the goal is to eventually have her completely take the cookie orders to nurture her homeschool years, work with people, scheduling, creating, earning money etc….So this was an all lemon cake with fresh lemon curd that my daughter makes! I hope this bridal shower today is a wonderfully blessed time!!!🎂🎊💍

What a precious little cake for a little gal and her girlies today for her birthday. This is a two layer six inch white cake with sprinkles for funfetti and strawberry buttercream. The birthday is a cat theme and I love how simple this little cake is!
