This looks to have potentially impacted some very close friends of ours. And, yes, prayers for them and others are appreciated. May unfortunately have updates about how to help soon...

The Crabapple fire has exploded to more than 8600 acres in size, still 0% contained.

The smoke/ash plume continues to be detected by radar and stretches for more than 100 miles to the east. Brutal wildfire conditions remain, but dropping winds and higher relative humidity tonight will hopefully get first responders some help in building a containment line. Long way to go, please keep an eye on it if you live in Gillespie and Blanco counties. Follow orders to evacuate if they are issued for your area.
