Today we officially release our Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout for our 12 Year Anniversary!๐ŸŽ‰ Our Hail Sagan Imperial Stout went into Leiperโ€™s Fork Distillery bourbon barrels 10 months ago and itโ€™s ready to drink! This b**r is very limited, so make sure to get a taste take home a can before itโ€™s all gone!

We are also hosting the JC Public Libraryโ€™s book club today!๐Ÿ“š We are tapping a special Bloody Mary Kick of Coriander to pair with this monthโ€™s book: Rosemaryโ€™s Baby.๐Ÿฉธ

We put our Hail Sagan Imperial Stout in bourbon barrels from our friends at Leiperโ€™s Fork Distillery 10 months ago to be released for our 12 Year Anniversary! We transferred the stout from the barrels to a clean fermenter in order to get it carbonated and ready to drink by next week. Weโ€™re excited to raise a glass of this with all of yโ€™all very soon!

Sometimes itโ€™s good to exercise those creative muscles and come up with a b**r with materials youโ€™ve already got, and the Hop Suey series of b**rs started as a way to use hops already on hand! In this case we came up with a 3% Dry-Hopped Pale Ale using Citra and Cryo Amarillo hops. The result is a bright and citrusy brew with strong aromas of stone fruit like peach and apricot. And did we mention itโ€™s 3%??
