Fiacco Farm We are a small livestock farm and ranch, just learning all of the in's and out's of being a farmer a Later in 2021 we plan to get some Dextor cattle.

Currently we are setting up for White Dorper sheep and Myotonic goats (aka fainting goats).

Babies are growing so fast…

Princess is doing much better! She will stand a little and can walk about 5ft before needing to lay down. Super proud of her progress.

For those asking how Princess is doing? She is 2.5 weeks post c-section and not being able to walk. 3 of 4 legs working; her right rear leg has always hurt. I think it is possible that when she was leaning to the right that morning it is possible she lost her balance and fell over and possibly either hurt her leg or her hip on that side. She is a fighter and is as stubborn as heck. Grit and determination; she truly takes after Phil & I.

Today? Princess walked assisted by only me with a towel supporting her hips/back legs about 15ft. I am super proud of her progress. She is still only on her back toes but I am sure she will correct that soon! Just in time, because kidding season has now officially started with the herd.

Still trying to get a rhythm with Princess. The babies, no issues. Princess is still not standing even though she tries. Her back legs just aren’t strong enough to hold herself. Her front legs are doing better. We brought her outside for some sun therapy and her attitude is coming back and she is finally going to the bathroom more frequently which is a good thing and and a bad thing. She now gets wet lying in her urine and that also attracts flies and means we have to clean her up. Another positive - she wants to nurse and stripped her own ni***es and I validated she has milk. So, tonight when we get her up, we will see if they can nurse. Send prayers because we need her up and managing on her own.

Physical Therapy Fiacco style. Belt squat machine belts as our harness. Worked well; she was able to go to the bathroom 1&2 and finally started communicating with her babies. She is a little stronger in her front legs but the rear ones still extremely weak and won’t stand up but did move them and pull them in so some progress.
