We’re back! After a muchneeded social media hiatus to focus on mental health, we’ve found our rhythm again. While our ‘future’ is currently keeping things simple with home brewing, the dream of opening a shop is still there. For now, we’re just enjoying the craft and sharing the journey with you all. First up: we just started cold maturation on a fresh blackberry melomel today!

Today we brewed in honor of the man who taught me how to brew. This is the start to our annual Mike Schepers brew day to remember him. You are missed and loved my friend.

Kosmosis Mead Co. update, sorry for the long delay between post. The last several months have served as a break for me. Working full time and trying to open a meadery is no easy task. That being said the break is over and you will see several updates about our future soon. We are still in plans to open and that is not changing. For now enjoy the label work for the mead that put us on the radar years back. Look for a giveaway in July for this one.

Sorry for the long silence on Kosmosis Mead Co. We are currently working on getting a taproom up and going. And If things work out we could start building before the end of spring. At this time we are keeping the possible location in house until we agree to the terms. Stay posted for up coming festivals and progress as we move forward in our process.

As the holiday weekend comes to an end we just wanted to thank for the wonderful weekend. We had an awesome time working on a collaboration that has been in the works for almost 5 years. David is the real deal when is comes to beer and his NEIPA style beers are some of the best in the country. Give them a follow and if you are in Ohio look for our key lime pie sour honey ale soon!

A little early since this is dropping in November but we wanted to share the label as a teaser. Remember we are still working on getting licensed and cannot sell and won’t sell any alcohol to you. But we will be giving a few bottles of this away when it drops so stay posted.
