Great news, foodies: we're serving a special Arugula & Beet Salad at Vinovium today.

Fresh peppery arugula topped with locally grown roasted beets from Gundermann Acres, red onion, creamy feta cheese, and roasted pepitas. Finished with our house vinaigrette crafted from cold-pressed organic Texas olive oil from Texas Olive Ranch .

Delectable🤌with our house sangria or merlot.
