A Different Chick Farm and Orchard We are a USDA organic family farm. We are as local as local produce gets in Johnson City! Our farm We produce and sell USDA Organic vegetables, fruits, and herbs.

We are a small family-run farm right in Johnson City. We welcome you to come by on Saturdays throughout the summer and check our produce right out of our garden each week. We want everyone to see and know where their food comes from. Right here, we are about as local as local produce gets! Support your local farm and come visit us. We are open every Saturday from 9am-12pm.

The legendary Beat the Heat Pepper Eating Challenge is back, with our local growers once again supplying the peppers that make this competition progressively more questionable with every round. 😂

Pepper 🌶 time means...Bristol PepperFest !! This coming Saturday is the Bristol Pepper Fest. Normally...that doesn't change our schedule but...we only have 1 fully functional farm vehicle so we are cutting it short at . We will be leaving market at 11:30 and heading to Bristol to set up for some serious heat 🥵 🔥

We don't ask for much usually but I do have a request for those of ya'll that believe in the power of prayer. It was a spring of drought and heat, a summer of rain and floods. It's now back to hot and no rain. We really would love to have a nice fall balanced with warm temps and appropriate rainfall. So, say a little prayer for our weather here in East Tennessee. It's very challenging adapting to all this weather Rollercoaster.
