We want to thank everyone who came out to make this our biggest weekend EVER! The rain, cold, mud, long lines, and chainsaws didn’t stop yall from showing out and we are so greatful! We can’t wait to see what next weekend has in store, expect even longer wait times this Friday and Saturday if you are coming to the haunted attractions. Wear shoes and clothes you don’t care to get dirty, everything is super muddy from all the rain. We can’t wait to scare ya!

We are still planning to open tonight at 7:30. We will post on our page if we have to close due to weather. Thanks so much to everyone that has came to the farm this season so far. We are in our busy season now. The closer to Halloween it gets, the busier it gets! If you come out expect a wait, and wet conditions.

Regarding tonight with the weather forecast, it’s tentative on if we will be open or not. We will post any updates here regarding closing or delays on this page.

Our kids maze from 2-6 today will be closed due to the rain. Thank you all again!

Come out to the farm tonight, all 4 haunted attractions will be open from 7:30-11pm. Tickets to all 4 are $15/person. We are located at 440 Okolona Road in Johnson City, TN. We will be open rain or shine, so come out and get scared!

Opening weekend was such a great success! We couldn’t be more thankful for everyone that came out, all of our amazing workers, and our food trucks and vendor for making it the best weekend possible. That doesn’t mean the fun is going to stop any time soon!

The forecast may be calling for rain this weekend, but we operate RAIN OR SHINE! Our forecast is calling for extra scares! 👻🎃 Come by for our kids maze Monday-Thursday 4p-7p, Friday 4p-6p, Saturday 2p-6p, and our four haunted attractions are open every Friday and Saturday from 730p-11 (or until people stop showing up!). Kids Maze tickets are $12, and Haunted Attraction tickets are $15.

Fall is in the air here at Roan Valley Farms, and today is opening day! Our kids maze will be open from 4-6pm and tickets are $12. Our 4 haunted attractions will start at 7:30pm and we sell the last ticket at 11pm. The haunted attraction ticket price is $15 and gets you access to all 4 attractions including the . We will have consessions inside the pavilion, Trina Patterson selling cheesecakes, and Jolene's plain & fancy with their food truck! Come out today for a day full of fall fun at 440 Okolona Road!
