🍁☕️ How sweet it is!

We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with the Vermont Maple Sugar Makers’ Association (Vermont Maple Syrup)!

Vermont maple and great coffee? We think it’s a pretty perfect pairing.

VMSMA has been supporting Vermont’s sugar makers for more than a century, and we’re proud to partner with an organization so deeply connected to our state, our forests, and our communities.

And their support goes even further. VMSMA is now supporting our mission to provide meaningful workforce development opportunities for women on their path to recovery from substance use disorder.

Right now, our VMSMA friends are at The Big E in West Springfield, Massachusetts, sharing their love of maple and selling delicious maple goodies - along with our coffee, available by the cup or to take home in a 12 oz. bag! ☕️🍁

We’re especially grateful to the VMSMA team for visiting us earlier this year for a tour and tasting, and for believing, as we do, that good coffee can do good.

And who knows? You may soon be able to pick up a bag of our co-branded coffee at a sugar house near you! 🍁

Here’s to Vermont maple, locally crafted coffee, and partnerships that help make our communities stronger. ❤️

On this International Overdose Awareness Day, we remember those we’ve lost, like our visionary and namesake, Jenna.

We say their names. We honor their lives. We grieve the spaces they left behind.

But today is also for those who survived.

For the person who woke up.
For the person still healing.
For the person who got another chance.

Their story is part of overdose awareness, too - because an overdose doesn’t have to end in death.

To those we’ve lost: you mattered.
To those who survived: you matter.
To those still fighting: you matter.

💜 May we remember the lost, honor the survivors, and keep working toward a world where more people get the chance to stay.

Today marks a very special milestone. Shannon is celebrating one year sober! 🎉❤️

We are so incredibly proud of the work you continue to put into your recovery, our roastery, and yourself. Your strength, dedication, and commitment are an inspiration to all of us.

As a valued member of our production team, your journey is a powerful reminder of what can happen when people are given the support, opportunity, and space to grow.

Today, we remember Jenna on what would have been her 34th birthday. Jenna believed deeply in the power of recovery and dreamed of helping others find hope and healing.

That dream lives on through Jenna's Promise, where her compassion and determination continue to inspire our work every day. She will always be remembered by those who knew and loved her.

The best way to honor Jenna is to keep believing in recovery. Every day, people choose hope, rebuild their lives, and prove that lasting change is possible. By supporting one another, speaking openly about substance use disorder, and investing in recovery, we help make those stories possible.

Thank you to everyone who continues to carry Jenna's vision forward. Every purchase from Jenna's Promise Roasting Co., every shared post, and every act of support helps create opportunities for women in recovery to build confidence, gain job skills, and take the next step toward a brighter future.

Together, we can help create more stories of hope, healing, and second chances.

It’s not every day that you run into a Rock & Roll Hall of Famer while making coffee deliveries!

Our team member, Ryan, crossed paths with the incomparable Jack White ahead of tonight's Higher Ground-presented show at the Champlain Valley Expo.

Thank you, Jack, for your kindness and for taking the time to chat and snap a photo. We hope you have a fantastic show and enjoy your time in Vermont!

Meet Shannon. To say we are proud of her would be an understatement.
Hardworking, dedicated, driven, funny and caring are just a few words that describe who she is. Shannon has played such an important role in our growth and success, and her hard work and countless contributions have helped shape who we are today. There’s a good chance the coffee in your mug was packaged, weighed, ground, or prepared by Shannon herself.

Earlier this week, Shannon completed the Jenna’s Promise residential program - a program that provides sober living accommodations, comprehensive treatment services, a nurturing community, and innovative workforce development opportunities focused on building essential job skills.

Workforce development is a cornerstone of Jenna’s Promise’s mission, and while many residents in recovery have worked at our roastery during their time in the program, today we are especially proud to celebrate Shannon and all she has accomplished.

We are also thrilled to share that Shannon has decided to stay on with us as a member of the roasting team.

Shannon, thank you for the dedication, heart, and positivity you bring to our team every single day. We are so grateful to have you with us and incredibly proud of all you’ve accomplished.
